Its purpose is to protect shipping exports in Dry Van containers from the extreme changes in temperature that cargo is exposed to. Those changes, as well as water condensation that forms during long journeys, may cause irreversible chemical, biological or physical damage. That could include changes in the flavour of foodstuffs, corrosion in metals, the formation of mould or damage caused by falling cardboard boxes that have been weakened by the humidity.
The EMBATUFF thermal liner is insulating material used to line the interior of shipping containers loaded with goods that are sensitive to high or low temperatures.
Shipping containers may reach temperatures of over 60º C during the day. That temperature can fall by 15º C or more during the night, which creates condensation on the walls and ceilings
Obviously there is no obligation. However, it is worth while averting risks that could damage our product image in the destination country and its consequences. It is not easy or cheap to obtain clients that are later lost due to inappropriate transportation.

• The third system is the most complex of them all, because it is intended for use in taller standard containers, such as 40 ft. high cubes (HC 40’). You will need a ladder to reach the roof. However, this installation can be completed in about 20 minutes. Straps and carabiners are used in this type of assembly to lift the structure inside the container.
One of the biggest differences is that the Embatuff is a comprehensive isolation and insulation system. It is a bag within a container and not a cover stuck to the walls, ceiling or door.
